Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states and U.S. Armed Forces addresses). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Estimated delivery time after fulfillment: 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@verunaturals.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@verunaturals.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
